Δημιουργείς χώρους όμορφους και άνετους, που αποπνέουν οικειότητα, χωρίς υπερβολές. Και, ασφαλώς, προσφέρεις τον καλύτερο καφέ της αγοράς, κάτι που στο Peach Boy πέτυχαν συνεργαζόμενοι με το καφεκοπτείο Valenio του θεσσαλονικιού βιρτουόζου του καφέ, Βαλάντη Λαμπριανίδη. Και κάπως έτσι, δημιουργείς το απόλυτο success story στον καφέ – απόδειξη, οι ουρές (κυρίως από άτομα νεαρότερης ηλικίας) που θα συναντήσεις καθημερινά έξω από όποιο από τα τρία καφέ του Peach Boy κι αν περάσεις.
Εννοείται ότι οι ανήσυχες ομάδες είναι αυτό ακριβώς: ανήσυχες. Έτσι, δεν σταματούν να αλλάζουν, να εξελίσσονται, να επανεφευρίσκονται. This is exactly what the restless team behind Thessaloniki’s most exciting coffee project of the last few years, Peach Boy, has achieved. Then, build spaces that are attractive and comfortable, exuding comfort without excess. And, certainly, serve the best coffee on the market – which Peach Boy achieved by collaborating with specialty roaster Valenio Coffee, created by Thessalonian coffee virtuoso Valantis Lamprianidis. And that’s pretty much how you set up the quintessential coffee success story – as evidenced by the long lines (mostly on the younger side) you’ll see every day outside any of the three Peach Boy locations.
Of course, restless teams are exactly that: restless. So they never stop changing, evolving, and reinventing themselves.
